I had an outstanding experience working with Ashley Goldberg, Account Manager at Len Busch Roses. She went above and beyond to help me with a late order on a Friday afternoon, making sure everything was taken care of and shipped out on time. Her professionalism, quick action, and genuine care made all the difference. Ashley is truly exceptional at what she does, and I’m grateful for her dedication. Highly recommend!

I recently used LBR for a wedding, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. As a beginner florist, finding a supplier who treats you with respect — no matter the size of your orders — is rare. This team made me feel valued and supported from day one. The ordering process is simple and very user-friendly, which made planning so much less stressful. The quality of the flowers was amazing! By doing a quick tour, you can tell how much thought and care they put into ensuring their quality is a top priority for them! A huge shoutout to Sarah R., who has been amazing to work with. Her communication is clear, prompt, and kind. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and help guide me through the process. It truly makes all the difference when someone is that approachable and helpful. I’m so glad I found this wholesaler and will definitely be using them again for all future events!

We've been working with Len Busch Roses for several years and appreciate their attentiveness. One big plus is that they deliver to Duluth about 170 miles north of them. We usually have large orders and they are delivered with care and in a timely fashion. Our rep, Shane P. has been great to work with.
